At TinoCarLED, we strive to provide high-quality automotive LED lighting products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist with returns, exchanges, or refunds according to the guidelines outlined in this policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:
- The product is in new, unused, and resalable condition.
- The product is in its original packaging, including all parts, accessories, and documentation.
- The return is made within 30 days of receiving the item.
Items that are non-returnable include:
- Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Products that have been installed, used, or damaged.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at contact@tinocarled.com or call us at (559) 673-0321 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Prepare Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation, along with your proof of purchase.
- Ship the Return: Send the product to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the shipping costs for returns, unless the product was defective or an error occurred with your order.
3. Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 7–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, we will ship the replacement product once we have received and inspected the returned item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide a full refund or replacement, and we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please retain all packaging and take photos of the damage for our records.
5. Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order.
- Original Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
6. International Returns
